On the computer I created the project, that font had a style of "Bold" as the only listing in the drop down below the font name in the title's Controls panel. I was using the "Arial Rounded MT Bold" font with the Fusion titles as it's easy to read and scales well when resizing the video (shot and edited in UHD, will be streamed in 1080 and also delivered on DVD, so that was an important factor). After some digging, I discovered it was an unusual issue with the font I was using! (Note that both systems below are Windows 10) I tried the suggestion from Jason in his reply, but it didn't work for me. I wonder if enabling light is an option somewhere there.I found this question when doing a search as I was running into the same exact problem the OP described. Could it be that there is a default light option somewhere? I know in Fusion, you can activate lights (including just in the viewport). I haven't played with Fusion within Resolve 15 yet. Is there some feature or adjustment I may be missing or a factory setting that needs to be turned off in the project settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I do it, even if I add a light source, none of the text is effected by the light. However I get thrown off the rails immediately because the text they use in the video seems to react to some unseen light source as soon as it's made 3D without adding additional light sources. I'm trying to recreate exactly what they did so I can better understand working in the Fusion section. In BMD's advanced features of Fusion integrated with Resolve 15 YouTube tutorial/demonstration video, they create a cool 3D title/text animation. Specifically my issue revolves around the 3D text. I'm also having an issue with Titles in Fusion.
